muffins!!

I baked today for the first time since the Chookie's birthday in July!! My favourite muffin recipe (you can find it here ).


These are cinnamon and sultana and I only use a half cup each of sugar and oil. They are well tasty!

    I buy them online, Juliet. They're bigger than average cupcake cases (so I only get 9 out of a mix for 12) since they're proper muffin cases. They're by Easybake, you get 4 pretty colours in the box.

    You can buy bigger cases up the top of my hill Guillietta. Also over in Dalston, Tescos & Lakeland do them too.

    Lynz - have just printed that recipe, have some blueberries to use up and no plain flour. Sorted :lol:
